As per the title, i am looking for a set of 650c wheels or rims to complete a build. Preferably not aero.

Hey TDR,

Are you still looking for some rims?

I have a pair of NOS Mavic CXP14 rims, that have never been made up, still in factory plastic.

They are slightly aero, but only 30mm.
