yes, i'd quite like to be able to remember a 100mile route, but my dyslexic brain doesn't let me, so seeing as there are devices out there to help me with this, I thought i'd try and find one.

when i do a long ride....i right it down on paper and might have to stop occasionally to check the route....but i take your point and apologise for my original facetious remarks.....however Garmin type stuff is not cheap....Have you tried Retrobike?

I have a Garmin Etrex Vista at home that I bought but never got round to using. Ever. it can be programmed to tell you where to go?
Stillwhats wrong with google maps on your phone?

I'd suggest getting a Garmin 200, my first gps and its amazing. You can pick them up for about £50-£60, saw a few on here not so long ago.
Does anyone have a a Cycling GPS device that they are willing to sell Ideally I'd need it by the weekend if they do?
Let me know if anyone has anything simple to use with a good battery?
