I ordered a groupset form them. The levers did not match the group.
I emailed/called them (Needed to chase a lot) and they basically told me it wasn't possible despite me sending them photos.
They said if I paid to return the items they would look into it for me. I told them to go fuck themselves. Never dealt with them since.
