basically: use the tubes, predominantley rear triangle and send them off to mielec, then custom geo, loosely based on mash geo but with an upward slope instead of downward (small legs in relation to body) change of headtube so CK can be used, and i dont have a spacer stack, then either little strut/gusset things like thate ritte (here: http://www.citygrounds.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/IMG_4260-1024x682.jpg ) or a wishbone depending on condition of seatstays, pm me?
This sounds like a rad project

No offense but that's the boring colourway, the new black at Kinoko is pretty damn sweet.
Not a bad price for the black one:

^ Not bad at all...

^ thats the plan, dropouts are the main thing i want to sort, the new ones at mielec are nice but i'd much rather get the cinelli/columbus ones, stays would be nice too, then anything to save money so bb shell, and downtube, not sure on downtube though as it might look too big on a, essentially compact frame, opinions?

Dropouts is the only thing that could possibly be salvaged from that frame...

Why not just go completely custom?
I don't mind knocking something together quickly on bike cad based on a mash but with altered TT. What size do you take?

sirbikealot, just get a vig?

^This!

Is the story buried in hhsb? Need to see pics.

Completely agree with the people saying get a vig but whilst their good frames, they're a bit samey samey, would like something a bit different with a wishbone, my nice external headset etc. Indra thanks for the offer, I've already done it:
/attachments/72016And re the completely custom bit, it basically is now, longer headtube, upward sloping tt, 3mm higher bb to a bolt, st angle more relaxed, ht angle the same though, I think...
So lynch I'm still up for just the dropouts, we all know it was bad but when the only thing salvageable is the dropouts on a frame, fuck...
Can I pm you? I'm happy to wait as it doesn't sound like you're in any state to be moving about a lot

^^ you've just described most alu track frames on the market tbh. Any alu wishbones always come out looking a bit shit

Plenty of room.

It's not pushed all the way forward in the drop outs but if it was it would be pretty close
what rims are these?

Any thoughts on the MASH 2014 Parallax?

Frame sounds good, that paint is disgusting though. The prototype paint is nicer.

• #1817
the prototype paint is just MTN 94

Certainly not keen on the paint job and the geometry doesn't look that exiting either. Do you happen to have a geo-chart?
On the other hand I kinda like the new Histogram, though I'd soon strip the seat and chain stay decals.

Get rid of Mash sticker by all means. Not chainstay tho. As for paint jobs, it all goes downhill from Benny Gold imo. Latest looks like BBC test card.
