I have some of the Sennheiser Bluetooth, Noise cancelling ones (an older model). They're very good for cancelling out noises like fans. I use them for listening to podcasts whilst on the rowing machine.
You won't get amazing quality through Bluetooth (unless you've got an Apt-X source) compared to wired but it's not really noticeable just for working out.
