Sort of traffic that is messing up your commute

Not sure if we have a thread for this but having spent about 10 minutes too long stuck in amongst traffic this morning crossing london bridge I figured it might help to have a thread for posting of known traffic clusterfucks.

using format of

[date] - [time] - [location]
[details]

for example todays

2013-08-15 - 08:50 - London Bridge Northbound to Bank via King William Street

• 3 Lane tailback across the length of london bridge
  
• Fire engines and police vans on king william street due to building fire
  
• King William street closed southbound at bank junction, police redirecting traffic.
