they have a 73° headtube and I can think of several legit track frames with the same, and the seat tube is the same as most stuff or a bit steeper
I think it's only fixie skidders who want super steep everything
of course since dosnoventas are aimed at fixie skidders...
also they probably look so super slack because of how much clearance there is up front, and if it's that's because there's a lot of rake on the fork it'll actually be making the handling more responsive
