Phil Wood high flange 32H hubs laced 3x with Sapim DB SS spokes to black Mavic Open Pros. Rear is single fixed but you could run it with a freewheel if desired. Supplied with allen screw fixings, Phil lockring and rim tapes. Condition is excellent - rims are de-stickered, black finish virtually unmarked, rear never seen a brake, front minimal brake wear.

Bought these a while back from retro_di_corsa & never got around to using them, now I'm getting more into longer distances & geared bikes it's time to reluctantly let them go. They are in exactly the same condition as when I bought them (excellent - beautiful set of wheels!), here's the original advert:
