Never been to Brick Lane market... Nor has the police apparently! How can dealing in stolen bikes and bits go on so openly unchallenged? Surely it can be hard to prove that the majority of these are stolen goods, but the police could at least challenge and/or stress the sellers, let alone buyers! From reading this thread and other info I get the distinct impression that these guys are not just bike enthusiasts exchanging parts.
