I bought this Spinergy recently thinking it was a 650c.

but when i tried to fit my tyre to it, it seems to be smaller!?
As far as i am aware they only made them in 700c and 650c.
I know that there's also two 650 sizes (650c and 650b), but it seems this wheel is neither.
It appears the ISO is around 560mm instead of the 650c's 571mm.
It doesnt make any sense to me!
Can someone help me out?
