Overall cycling modal share is highest in the UK in Cambridge, around 20% (31% cycling to work rate). The highest growth has been in Hackney, where more people now cycle to work than drive (15.4% vs. 12.8%), but other London boroughs like Islington are also doing well.

You could have mentioned something about the size of respective polo communities in different cities. :)
