Compressed Air...? No.
I rode a similar Holdsworth frame for years with an even worse top tube dent than that one, no issues with it's integrity. But not worth the repair cost.
It'd be a nice donor for someone building an 80's frame up.
I'd put a price on it, though.... 60 to 70 quid.
