Track bikes for sale/wanted (track racing bikes, not fixie skidders)

Are you limited to Evans etc or can you buy from anyone who does cycle to work?
As far as I know we don't have any limitations on supplier - i was toying with Condor and Mercian too as I beleive they have some flexiblity ......
