I don't usually commute that way as I only go to ealing to visit my parents, but i think I have seen that guy actually. Glad he got done.
The one I'm referring to is the fat bald man with megaphone going down Jamaica road /tooley street. 2 years now I've been seeing the fucker RLJing through peds and never once caught.
