I've been taken out of contention for the last three . job interview, holiday, moving house... And tonight's excuse is "in bed, ill". If nothing else, the summer series has helped me develop a pallette of excuses.

I think there's something doing the rounds at the moment, I had something over the weekend, it's doing the rounds in our office and I was hoping to be out on the bike tonight but not sure I'm quite recovered yet.
