Edinburgh Bicycle used to stock them - I bought one a couple of years ago off of them. When it arrived in the post I realised how ridiculously chunky it was and what a terrible idea it would be to install it for any length of time. Plus I think it was over a tenner? You're more than half way to a new stem at that point.
