This is a bit of weird coincidence as I noticed yesterday that I'd lost one of these from my PX track frame! Guess the easiest thing to do would be to take out one of the others and take it to some sort of sensible hardware store to get an identical one? (I don't have an vernier calipers handy so can't measure mine, sorry)
