strangely for someone who's played the lottery exactly once in their life, I think about this a lot! (not Tibbs, sorry, nor the hookersnblow, but the magic windfall). there are these beautiful houses down the road that I often say "I'd like to live there" but they don't come up for sale very often and I guess they're upwards of 700k. I guess I'd employ a good financial advisor first off, I'd want a reasonable income and security in my old age. beyond that, a nice house. nothing fancy. or, y'know what would be great, a piece of land. a piece of land and 300k to build something...
