The type on the track frame above is fairly hard to get hold of as it 'lays' flat'. Standard metal flake used in the custom world is piled under layer after layer of lacquer giving it a real rich depth and colour.
Done right, the flakes should be smooth to the touch. Done wrong, you'll be able to feel the flakes.
