  • Thats the plan. Did 3k today for my first run instead of my usual 15kish on a sunday. Wore them food shopping and pottering around this afternoon, all feels well so far.
    Been watching/reading all the associated gumph that goes with them and have no intention of rushing into anything with them.
    Hopefully all the climbing/riding/working on my feet have given me strongish feet so the learning process shouldn't be too hard. Just need to get my running technique sorted now.
