Dan - I have a spare TT bike handlebar setup which I'm not going to use again, you're welcome to it for £0, stem/base bar/extensions, and I think it's got levers on it (or at least lever).

Very short stem in order to convert "normal" sized fixed/whatever into something with a TT position.
