^ Garmin is harder as it's now in a secure cage (i won't explain why, but you can figure out what happened before it was secure), so people pick the easy, smaller orders. As they're all target based it literally comes down to how easy the parcel is for them to pick and pack.

Sounds like you've got a bit of a chip on your shoulder and giving a bit of a biased viewpoint with the view that people who know the inside story won't call you up on it? For example, we both know the processors don't choose which orders to pick, but that they're assigned them... So your story above that his order hasn't been fulfilled because no-ones chosen it is BS.
