Yeah, I guess that would be why people don't like it.
I bought the frameset as is, the guy had changed the forks and lost the old ones, so he could use a A-head stem. The bike is true, and the current forks are carbon 1" threadless, just badly painted. In the flesh its not as bad as it seems in pics.
