Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Stacked it this morning because of a shit cyclist. Powering along Binfield Road, past Stockwell bus station, I see this numpty wobbling slowly along the centre line on his hybrid. I changed my line to give him plenty of room, but just as I reach him he suddenly pulls a ninety degree turn (entirely unpredictably, because there's no road for him to turn down) and shoots across my path. I go over his front wheel (and my handlebars). While I am lying winded, he just cycles off and it's the cyclist behind me who helps me to the side of the road. Spent the morning being checked out in casualty; just bumps and minor cuts, thankfully, but my back muscles took a couple of hours to unlock.

If I ever see you again, I am likely to knock you off your bike and beat you around the head with it till you stop moving, you dangerous, cowardly cunt.

Very nearly had exactly the same thing happen to me on Roseberry Ave a few mornings ago - guy starts out on the very right hand side of the lane, slowly starts veering to the left, so I go to over take on the right and then he suddenly cuts a massive 90 degree right hand turn towards saddlers wells - I have to swerve into the opposite lane, where there is luckily no traffic to avoid him. Completely utterly oblivious!
