Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Many people seem to fall foul of the transparent lycra trap.
Though a cheeky thong can make the drag up Camden High Street a more interesting one.

(at least that's what I hope the people following me think)
No, they think "There goes another fool wearing underwear under their lycra. Has no-one told them they shouldn't wear anything underneath? It's only going to lead to chafing..."
