Going to Robin Hood's bay for two weeks after next weekend. Going to chuck rocks about on the beach, for serious. Bit of Rocky IV style training before rugby season starts. Dune running too, if there are any. We're staying at the top of a cliff so I assume there will be some steep paths I can smash up.
