Everyone knows that Ugandans lack the ability to enliven their own minds.
(I am pretty sure the Ugandans can enliven their own minds)
So if the Ugandans are supplying their existing skills and own resources then what is the charity providing?
Based on what the charity says about itself on their website it appears that in essence they help initiate, train and work with local people to help children. So I guess they're providing the catalyst. A large portion of their own descriptions about their activities is around sustainability and working with the local communities so that the communities are able to take things forward.
From what I can see they sound like they have a sensible aim that's a lot better than sending a load of foreigners to build schools when there are no teachers for them, etc. or asking people to give even more money to the fucking donkey sanctuary.
