the only catch would be non indicated tubing.. they say it's supplied with an alu fork, though that seems to be non original.
if this is actually fillet brazed steel it's a bargain.
knowing Concorde they don't throw words like 'elite special' onto cheap frames,
it's definitely worth asking about it..
which i would if i didn't have friends and my girl forcing me to drink my complete budget down the drain in Berlin next week :)
