System EX track bars, brand new. Purchased them for a customer and then them tell me they don't want them fitted to the bike. I paid full RRP for them. £19 on eBay but I'd like £15 posted for each set

700c wheelset. Hubs 8/10 trueness again 8/10. Could do with re-greasing and a little tinkering with a spoke key. They have white spray paint from previous owner but would come off with some meths or sommin' £40 posted?
