    Pay money, lose fat and muscle. Fuck up hormonal response and metabolic systems even more. Put more fat back on when you fall of wagon. And repeat...

    Why do you recommend that hold? It's much less stable than the clean grip. Only reason to use the "body-builder" grip is if you don't have the shoulder flexibility (and if you don't have that flexibility, you should be working on that). It's not nicknamed the body-builder grip as a recommendation but as a comment on the stereotypical lack of flexibility and neglect of key skills associated with that crowd.

    Stability not such an issue with lower load.
