I'd say it's possible.
500g frame not impossible 250g forks possible too.
sub 100g saddle
200g or so of 3/32 chain
sub 1000g wheelset with tubs
chainset carbon? Bb? headset? bars? stem?
if the majority are custom carbon or bushed then it should be manageable, for from safe.
