Wanted: massive OT: garage space east(ish) london

so im starting a motorbike project, yes, since i have time to spare in the weekends, before my year our is over and have to go back for uni next year,
does anyone have a garage space/studio/ workshop they are willing to lend or rent out either for free or little money? found some on gumtree etc, and i am not really up for 150-200 pounds a month!

sounds mad but try going in person around Hackney Wick and asking - loads of artists studios that might have space and would put up with a weekend lodger for £cheap. I found a rehearsal space just cycling about that area asking around.

think you definitely won't get anything for free though..

Rent out a big yellow storage?

Start with a month and see what you can get away with... Totally depends on the staff... A friend of mine fixed bikes in a lock up on weekends just slipped a bit of cash to the person on security each day he came in.

I find myself in a similar position.
I need temporary garage space for two motorcycles, starting in a week or two, and finishing whenever Tower Hamlets deem it acceptable to get back to me.

Anyone got secure space I can borrow?
