Can we do it? Yes, for sure, but we need 4 things.
1) Internet connection. Assuming there isn't one at the court, we'd need a 4G connection. That doesn't come cheap
2) Cameras. Unless someone can help us, that isn't cheap either
3) Streaming equipment, and knowhow. I don't really know what this includes.
4) People manning the cameras, and the streaming equipment.
So with a fair bit of money/donations and lots of people time, it's possible.
Realistically it needs someone with the motivation, and access to the right equipment.
