Anyway if Gabes and slain are anything to go by the injury that causes retirement is back problems... The answer to that is of course, recumbent polo :)

You'll definitely need a facecage and a cup for recumbent polo.

There's always polo in London on every day bar Friday (sometimes it happens too). Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Newington Gardens, SE1; Tuesday & Thursday, Mitchinson Rd, N1; Thursday Westway Sports Centre; Saturday morning London Fields; Saturday and Sunday afternoon, Hackney Downs E8. Friday polo happens as and when the polo heretics feel like it, usually in Newington Gardens. There's also ladies polo on Thursday every now and then.

Dan Watson, who had attempted to disguise himself amongst the wobbly group of commuters and enthusiasts following the presenter towards the camera, spoke about the challenge of increasing commuter safety and confidence as cities including Birmingham and Manchester receive additional funding for initiatives to promote cycling as a transport solution.
