  • Have had sore ankles for the last few days. Yesterdays certainly 12k didn't help. Did some googling and it seems like I should cut down on milage and give it a rest. Not surprised tbh as I've almost doubled my milage the last couple of weeks.

    Add to this, smashed my knee up go-karting this morning so limping now, more reasons to chill.

    Hopefully knee is ok tomorrow or tuesday, and it'll be swimming and cycling for the rest of the week.
