Over the years on the forum I've heard about some repeat offenders who seem to send a lot of "helpful" PMs to ladies on the forum when something bad has happened to them. They are well known for being sleaze bags even if they don't realise it themselves.

Don't let it make you assume the worst in people though...not everybody is like that. Some people do actually care.

In other news, because I know you all love talking about the cornucopia of pubs in SE London, the Catford Tavern is closing. Again. Camden Bars have bought it.

Antic seem to be trying to sell off a lot of their property at the moment. Sad times.

I liked the Catford Tavern, that is a shame. They did good coffee.

Antic didn't own CBT to be fair so don't think they had much say in the matter. They're reopening Jam Circus in Brockley, which is good news, and their Twitter feed is making noises about finding another pub in Catford.

Catford Tavern closing again?! :( I like it there, the one time I went they gave me free blackcurrant and soda "so that I could tolerate being with my drunk friends" and Laner got in a fight outside.
