My first bike!
But I had the much rarer "panther" edition which was a red frame and white pads, tyres, grips etc..
Every other kid on the block had the all red or all blue super tracker.
I can highly recommend these! Had to fork out a whole £65 for one in the early 90's which was a lot of money back then. This looks in ace condition.

Yeh, it really is in great condition considering it's 24 years old! It's no modern bike but definitely cooler than most kids bikes!
Panthers looked pretty cool from the pics I've seen! -

Hi man,
Is this bike still for sale or has it gone?
Cheers

Hi, sorry for the delay. The bike has now gone.
I got this just before Christmas as something to play around with and clean up with the idea of giving it to a friends son. He's ended up getting him a modern bike so after spending a bit of time cleaning it up I'm putting it up for sale as my other half is getting mad with it hanging around our bike-crowded flat!
1989 Universal Street Tracker
16" wheels with original red Tioga Comp 3 copies.
CW-style bars
Aero/Kashimax-style seat
It really has cleaned up amazingly well and looks like it's hardly been ridden. The cheap brake leavers have suffered with chrome plating coming off but wheels have cleaned up as new. Could do with new cables but haven't got round to it yet but with a bit of time this would make a cool little bike for your kid.
Can be collected from Crouch End.
