Freecycle: Found old racing bike up for grabs

I found this bike outside my door last night.

The chain and gears seem pretty rusty but it's a nice frame for someone who can dedicate some time to it. If someone could shed light on the frame make and model that'd be great.

I'm based in SE London, around the Camberwell area and will be happy to give it to anyone who wants restore this beauty.
