You cannot fold a Moulton bike, you can merely break it down. This was out of my scope.
For many reasons, I wanted a Bike Friday. They are top moumoute but these toys are hard to find and they really don't come cheap.
Dahon has quite high quality standards, most of the parts are standard and you can find a good bargain in the local classifieds.
All this sounds good to me. Passion was obviously not my main driver but I think this petit vélo looks cool! (icing on the cake).
I'll tell you about the ride quality later as I haven't got the opportunity to ramble through town yet. The purchase was some kind of offshore operation and I'm still abroad.
