Wanted: Shimano mini-group

Ideally want something like the following:

9 or 10 speed downtube shifters (Dura-Ace)
Shimano-compatible cassette hub (9/10 speed, 32/36h) (Thanks for the hub elwigleeno!)
Mavic CX18 rim or similar (low profile tubular rim, 32h) (thanks to Rik)
9/10 speed cassette (thanks to charliezh13)
Brakeset (modern dual pivot) (sorted locally)
Braze-on front mech (sorted locally)
Chainrings (e.g. 52/39) (thanks to Howard)

Chainrings sorted, still looking for the other stuff -- notably downtube shifters to determine what cassette to get.

Everything but downtube shifters sorted. Looking for the SL-7700.
