Good Price on Flat Rentals?

I'll need to move from my flat next October, so I'm looking for a new flat.

Now I live in Lewisham, looking for a closer place. I've been thinking in South Hackney, but the gentrification seems to be biting hard there.

Does anyone know a nice and not that expensive neighbourhood? or all the zone 2 is super expensive this days?

Are you gonna be doing a flat share or taking the whole place yourself?

I've been doing flatshares for a few years, always in Hackney (mostly Stoke Newington) or Bethnal Green. Obviously, the more people in the gaff, the cheaper.

The going rent in Stokey for a nice 3-4 bed flatshare at the moment seems to be anywhere between £600-750 exc. bills. But this area is basically as gentrified as you can get....

Right now we live in a 1 bedroom, it's a nice place, but it's a bit expensive, and I'll need to rent it for only 3 months. so probably the agencies are not going to do a short term contract. so I am looking for a flat share too.
