Actually no. It's going to be properly organised despite the last minute confirmation of it all. We need to decide a schedule to advertise to the general public on posters and around the various sites so they know what is happening, ie. 9am - 11am casual throwins, 11 - 11.20 exhibition match between Warin Bros and Sharks. 11.30 - 12 beginner/try it out sessions. etc etc. We can even decide on the day and I can print up blank timings and just fill them in but I am printing flyers and posters tomorrow to hand out! Prudential have invested a large amount of money in this court and promotion of bike polo, we need to make sure it looks good...

Is everyone on the list available all day for throwins? It wouldn't be ideal if it was like normal polo where 2 people arrive and wait half an hour for everyone else and then all leave in dribs and drabs ;)
