Cut and pasted from the Guardian. Some funny bits in here
Meanwhile, Brendan Rodgers has just opened an envelope said to contain a list of people who will disappoint him this summer … and found a big smiley photo of Jürgen Klopp. Fresh from gazumping Liverpool for Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Borussia Dortmund now want to make a move for José Salomón Rondón, the Rubin Kazan striker who Rodgers has been eyeing up as a potential replacement for Luis Suárez. Liverpool are going back to looking, starting at Udinese's Luis Muriel instead. Sam Allardyce, meanwhile, is also sniffing around Udine, either for a ball that landed there following a West Ham training session in Chadwell Heath or for Matej Vydra, the striker who thrived while on loan at Watford last season.
Joey Barton is prepared to take a pay cut to secure a move to Everton. Now all he needs is for someone to give Roberto Martínez one good reason to sign him – other than the suggestion that Wigan are demanding £20m for James McCarthy.
Valencia and Fernando Torres may well be the only two entities left in Europe who believe that Torres is a top striker and that just might be enough common ground for them to start a relationship. Chelsea will stifle their celebrations until after they have replaced him with Suárez or Wayne Rooney, and possibly also nabbed Sami Khedira from Real Madrid to remind José Mourinho of all the happy times he enjoyed there.

Hmmm - 20/1 odds on a top 6 finish.
Might spunk a fiver on that.

spend the £5 on a litre of very cheap vodka
at least you'll get some modicum of happiness from the vodka ... albeit fleeting -

That's a fashion statement. The statement is: 'I am objectively terrible at fashion.'
Maybe not the snappiest but...

Florentino Pérez y Daniel Levy se podrían reunir en las próximas horas en tierras americanas. Lo que parece claro es que Bale está dispuesto a no vestir más la camiseta del Tottenham.

My knowledge of Spurs transfers is more accurate than the Chelsea ones.

Spurs - Bale > LFC - Suarez
Irrespective of the transfer fees involved.
Spurs have bough already to replace Bale whereas Liverpool have got a handful of strikers that nobody really wants. -

Can't be easy for a player to have a 100million euro price tag on him. You'd have to be very strong mentally or amazingly confident in yourself (CR7) for that not to effect you

couple of Italian teams are interested in Borini... there was talk of us offering him and cash for another player, may just be more horseshit though.. all the other strikers we want to keep
just seen this:
According to our sources, Luis Suarez held two hour long meeting with Liverpool Football Club to discuss his future at the club. We believe Luis Suarez was told, the club are willing to accept 43m plus bid from Real Madrid but that does look unlikely at this stage due to Bale becoming the Spanish club number one target. The player was also told, they expect Arsenal to submit third bid for him and they will reject the offer unless they make 48m plus offer which is unlikely at this stage. We’ve seen reports of Luis Suarez looking at the options of approaching the Premier League to arbitrate, we believe these reports are incorrect and Luis Suarez officials didn’t even consider this option. Pro Luis Suarez Public Relations plan is in progress, if Luis Suarez was to stay and that is looking likely by each hour which passes. -

^^^Although Bough was tidy and capable in his TV-AM days, I'm not sure he's still got it in him to be a convincing Premiership playmaker.
Nothing, he does show a bit of buttock in the behind the scenes video of the latest video. Might appeal to some on here.
