confusion?
clamp is either 26.0mm or 26.4mm (for the 26.4 clamp the bar will measure >26.4mm I imagine)
64-40 will have a width of 400 (centre-to-centre)

On my vernier callipers the measurement comes in just over the 26mm

CTC is 400mm but measured from outside of bar to bar which is 420mm
