Avoid the Dicta ones, they are a right pain to get off as they do not have any slots for a removal tool.

Echo SL 108. It's a trials freewheel and only comes in 18T so I don't think it will be any good for you. White Industries 20T would be my recommendation but a bit pricey unless you can get a 2nd hand one.
