Seen the same chap yesterday and this morning. Fixed Condor in black with yellow accents. Yesterday morning we had a little drag away from the junction of Clerkenwell and St. John st and this morning he came past me at the junction of Whitechapel Road and Commercial St. Didn't look classic 'on here' type, but could be anyway.
I was on the geared carbon Peugeot with forum hat on.
