I had much fun peeling the dead layer of skin off my gooch the other day. It's all good now though - no longer need chamois cream for the commute.
Toes are a bit fecked.
Hip is quite fecked - I've had some kind of pinched nerve in there for months and it gets worse after long TT rides so I'm doing a lot of stretching to try and make it stop.
National 12hr on Aug 11 where I hope to take the club 12hr record. I also want a better 50 time for BBAR. I know I can go faster (new bike, etc) but I need to finish without incident first.
