I used to have a real hard-on for that tubing. I think it's beautiful! If it was 15cm bigger I'd be having a punt.

Gosh that's lovely :)
May I be ignorant and ask about:
Tire clearance
Front loading on forkAs I've a lovely touring bike (Thorn XTC) but it's really a size too big...however a replacement must be able to take 38C (for winter studded tires) and front loaders.
I am 5"5' BTW... :)

Hi Rich. Message left on your number. 5' 5" would be perfect. I should have stated on the ad it's ideal for 5' 4" - 5' 8". Give me a ring on 07799880021. Cheers Pete

Hi. Not sure about the 38c. Help me out here. There is sufficient clearance for bigger tyres but I'll speak to LBS about your request.

Looks auktout was there first anyway if it falls through it would be great to ask.
But it looks you can't carry luggage on the front, is that correct?

No I think you're spot on. Perhaps not quite the Tourer I thought unless you go for a bar bag. Hope to get more comments as far more knowledge throughout here then I'll ever know

Thorn Touring forums are great if you're into touring, lots of discussions around tents, dynohubs etc...the works.

Any thoughts on removing the Touring bit from the ad as I believe the overall thoughts may be it's not a Tourer but set up as a Winter bike?
