Oh I agree, it's a kind of steganography almost- if you encrypt ALL THE THINGS then you can almost hide the actual secret communication in plain site, in amongst everything else.
If nothing else it will make Intel and AMD a pot of money as the gub'mint has to buy larger and larger super computers in order to decrypt your posts to Twitter.
