Tried a practice descent this morning - 27mph...need more faster legs

It's the uphill bit where most time is lost Mikey, it's the downhill where most bones are broken.

Was discussing with Middle of Nowhere last week - he's convinced it's all about the descent - but then he does climb like a goat...

Was trying to see how fast I could go down over the speedbumps without scaring myself silly. - Answer - not very.

Forecast - Rain around lunchtime - clear by 4pm - >20 degrees and dry by 6pm.
